4. Ahsan Manzil: The River Buriganga and Ahsan Manzil is a perfect example of beautiful nature blending with the ancient architect. This place is located in Old Dhaka. The Ahsan Manzil, which was a residence of the Dhaka Nawab Family, is now a tourist spot. Every year there are many tourists who come to this place to witness the majestic ancient building. 5. Foy’s Lake: One of the greatest examples of a man-made lake is “Foy’s Lake”. This lake is located in Chittagong and was constructed in the year 1924. The lake formed due to the construction of the dam. This lake came into existence while aiming to provide water to the people residing there in the railway colonies. Mr. Foy, the engineer and the pioneer behind the project is the person from which the name has been derived in his memory. 7. Ratargul: The Ratargul Swamp forest is a unique place to visit as it is a very rare freshwater swamp forest in the world. This majestic forest is located by the river, Goain. This forest is filled with beautiful Koroch Trees. During the rainy season, the forest is submerged under the water, 20 feet to 30 feet.
